Hi Mandi, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I started my business like many others, during quarantine. I quickly fell in love with the medium of polymer clay and it quickly became my method of relaxation from nursing school.
Later on, I was surprised by how many people liked my creations and decided to keep going with my business. This business has been able to provide for my schooling when I need it the most and it has been a huge blessing.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There are definitely bumps along the way. There are many people I look up to and wonder how they got to where they are. There is a lot of imposter syndrome knocking on the door frequently.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am known for creating polymer clay earrings that are good for sensitive ears.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I have recently been taking all the risks. Life is short and I would rather not grow old and regret not doing something that I wanted to just because it was risky. YOLO.
