Today we’d like to introduce you to Ayeisha Diaz.
Hi Ayeisha, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Eight years ago, when I made the decision to pursue my career in Esthetics, I wrote goals on my first day of school. One goal was to have a mobile spa that I could treat my clients in a holistic way while creating a relaxing environment in the comfort of their own home. Not only was catering to client’s needs an important focal point, so was educating them on the benefits of the treatment they received.
Impacting all women going through depression, abuse, neglect, and in need of guidance was another goal. I aim to positively shift their perspective once the service is finished through providing words of encouragement and time for themselves in order to refocus themselves. I believe that sometimes we need to be reminded that who we are is not defined by what we have been through.
Upon graduation, Nature Serenus, which is my skincare line, was created. Employment was found in different spas around Orlando until the decision to make a career change occurred in 2019 to become a first grade teacher. Though the love for my students was strong, the decision to work full time on my business was made in 2021. Nature’s Serenus then undertook the transition to become Ayeisha’s Beaute by Nature’s Serenus, LLC. Currently, we offer mobile spa services and spa parties all around Central Florida.
Another goal was to create A “Dream Collection” within the product line. A percentage of what is sold would be to help women receive spa days, makeovers, and obtaining self development and growth seminars. Till this day, Natures Serenus skincare line has soaps, body scrubs, cuticle treatments, and much more. Little by little, inch by inch, God has placed everything in place to make these goals come alive.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road to success is a rocky one. I have cried, stressed, and had self doubts. I’ve wondered many times who I was to achieve greatness. Financially, it was hard because starting a dream with no capital is challenging, and creating products over and over again to achieve the right consistency is time-consuming.
But I’ve always had faith, I learned from the best, my mom. Giving up was never an option, I always managed to stand up and keep going. Being a young single mom was the hardest of them all, I never wanted him to feel neglected while I worked extra hours to make ends meet.
I had to juggle many things at once but I did it and continued to do it. I encourage all mothers out there to never give up, follow their dreams, try it out. If it does not work, it is okay. But you fought to make it happen, and I know that along the road you will have a learning experience from it.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a full specialist, I perform skin care and nail services, as well as body treatments. I am most proud of what I have accomplished at 28 years of age, because no matter what life threw at me. The right path was chosen and now I am seeing the seeds I’ve planted.
Passion is my drive, and every client should experience that with every interaction.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I would love to open my location. A place where I can give classes, hold workshops, perform my services and spa parties, and a place where women can get together and feel safe, heard, and replenish their souls.
