Hi Saily, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
We are a family-run business that just opened up here in St. Cloud in January 2022. Our sister company (based in Hialeah, FL), Florida Flex has been in business for over 17 years.
We are Cuban immigrants and 1st generation Cuban-Americans who have worked really hard to start these businesses. We started in the industry over 25 years ago, working for another company that ended up closing – we saw that as an opportunity to start up on our own.
Our company offers many workshops and courses to help people start or improve their own businesses. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and helping people learn so they can better their craft.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Considering we only opened this location a few weeks ago, I am not sure how to answer this… I guess we have the regular struggles that most new businesses encounter – trying to build up a good customer base, marketing, etc.
Because of the world we currently live in, another struggle is getting in merchandise in a timely fashion while keeping costs low.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are wholesale distributors of t-shirt decorating supplies and other products.
We are distributors of Siser products, which is 1 of the top vinyl manufacturers. We also offer training and courses for those who are considering (or interested in) starting their own business in this industry. Our courses and training range from 1 on 1 all-day class, to small group classes which range in duration from 2 hours to all day – depending on the course you are taking.
Our company takes pride in providing the best customer service we can. We have over 25 years of experience in the industry and love sharing our knowledge.
What are your plans for the future?
In the future, we would like to offer a wider range of courses and training.
