Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my fitness journey back in Sep 2014 my freshman year of college. I got into fitness because I wanted to excel at my military fitness test for the ROTC program I was a part of.
After 3 months, I started to share my progress on Youtube. My unique training style (calisthenics) which is bodyweight training instead of lifting weights allowed me to see fast results and learn very cool moves pretty fast.
This caught traction and I started posting more videos about tips and my progress. After about a year or two I created a sustainable business out of it teaching people how to master fitness through their body weight, and now multiple means.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For the most part, it has been smooth. There was a learning curve to learn online marketing and how to sell at scale but through research and my business partner, Miguel we have learned a lot.

Online training and courses to help people master fitness through body weight.
This style of training is “Pandemic Proof” no gym is needed. People underestimate the power of calisthenics because they usually don’t train it right. We teach the right way.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I like Russel Brunson’s marketing books. Everything else is through trial and error.
