I own Calikingcuisine in Orlando. I grew up in the mean streets Of Los Angeles for 24 years. Went to Le cordon Bleu in LA for 2 years and received an externship from DisneyWorld. I worked for DisneyWorld for almost 5 years until the Pandemic. Once the pandemic happened, I thought about all the things in life I wanted to accomplish and within that Time I started offering in-home Dinners to Families and Neighbors from there My name just caught on to The Facebook page Ear For Each other. And that Helped Launch where I am today…
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Honestly, it has been decently smooth. Thank god a lot of the Tedious things I had to handle Were All Health code related so I knew it was coming so I prepared for it ahead of time.

I specialize in Culinary Arts. Mainly Hawaiian Soul food. Lots of island flavors. Pineapples and Of course Macadamia Nut flavors to bring u closer to the island…
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Me being outgoing and very comfortable with people helps me navigate Through big parties and Quiet families. I thrive off of getting to make people’s day, so getting to interact with guests face to face on the daily like I do, is a Dream come true
