Today we’d like to introduce you to Gina Reed and Sabrina O’Toole.
Hi Gina and Sabrina, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Upon meeting on the Disney College Program in 2019 we instantly became inseparable. When our program ended and we went our separate ways Gina had enough of trying to find a Disney Podcast that felt more oriented for young adults. We were on the phone one night when the idea was pitched for us to start our own podcast! After weeks of brainstorming and our ideas taking many different forms we finalized on the idea of Spill the D, a podcast by two twenty-somethings talking all things Disney. We knew it wouldn’t be your typical family-oriented Disney podcast and that the twist was just what the world needed. We have been airing weekly episodes ever since!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We are very blessed that is has been a mostly smooth road! Our biggest hurdle has been the time difference. Gina is located in Philadelphia, PA and Sabrina is located in Denver, CO so the time difference can be difficult to navigate when making time to record weekly. Luckily, we are both very cognoscente of the difference and do our best to work around each other’s lives when needed even if that means recording before the sun is up or after it sets!

Outside of Spill the D Podcast I work in pharmaceutical sales. If you can’t tell from Spill the D I absolutely love to talk and getting to work with offices daily is such a joy for me! I love being able to use my communication skills to help doctors and patients get exactly what they need. -Gina
I currently am a veterinary technician at an exotic vet. I am gaining experience with animals and hope to work with wildlife rescue, rehab, and release in the future. I currently live in Denver but am trying to move back to where the ocean is only a short drive or maybe bike ride away. -Sabrina
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
We have such big plans for Spill the D in the future and hope to see it go nowhere but up! We try to stay in the moment with everything we do and not get too ahead of ourselves in order to give each episode the attention it deserves. With each episode release we feel ourselves getting more and more comfortable with Spill the D and all of its aspects.
