Hi Zahra, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m an engineer. When I was in high school, I realized that I was very interested in the construction industry. I decided to study civil engineering at university. After finishing my master’s degree in civil engineering, I started working in the field of building construction. And I gained experience in construction. While working, I became acquainted with a real estate training course. And after training, I realized that this is the same job that I love. I have worked hard for it every day. I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts, read a lot of real estate books, followed related news, and attended conferences. Because I wanted to be my own boss and have control over my own schedule. And I am very thankful to God for putting me on this path. Ever since I got into real estate, I often find new friends in my clients who I am lucky enough to find. I also enjoy helping people find their great home or sell their home with the best offer which we all know is one of the biggest investments in life.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Getting started was not easy at all, and I faced a new challenge almost every day, which I had to solve one by one. So, I should not have been disappointed in that and worked hard. In order for the services, I provide to be worthy of my customers and for them to be completely satisfied, I sometimes went through some steps over and over again, so that my customers would get exactly what they had in mind. Let me tell you about some of the challenges I faced. Early in my career, I had trouble hiring honest and professional real estate consultants and could not find the right people, but with a lot of searching and months of effort, I was able to find people with the criteria I wanted, whom I could trust. In order for buyers and investors to make great deals and make smart purchases, I tried to keep everything in order and flawless. I faced some challenges early on. Or to work with sellers, I tried to provide the best advice and the fastest and most complete solution according to the conditions of each seller and the specifications of the property. With God’s help, I was able to solve all these challenges without despair, hard work, perseverance, and extensive relationships. And it must be said that over time I gained experience and overcame the challenges more easily.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I manage a real estate group, currently operating only in Orlando, Florida. We are an expanding group. In addition to investing in real estate, we help buyers, sellers and investors achieve everything they have in mind. We specialize in helping our clients find the next step in their lives. And we have our own way to do this. Real estate transactions are among the transactions that are of great importance and sensitivity. Especially for people whose first or most important deal is. We provide services so that our customers can have the best deal. I think I can mention a few things that distinguish us. I believe in having strong customer relationships, which is why I and all members of the team strive to constantly meet new people and build and maintain broad, friendly, and professional relationships with our customers. We also care about the outcome of each interaction and try to be an active listener in our relationships with our customers. We are looking to go beyond expectations.
I try to build my business with honesty and perseverance, to always have a positive impact on the lives of others.
I believe in open communication and availability at all times. I want to make sure my customers know that they are not just a number or commission check to me. I really care about them.
It is very important for me that our customers are sure of our group’s loyalty to themselves and know that they can always count on us. Customer interests are our top priority. And we do our best to do what we do for our customers with respect, honesty, and professionalism.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
The amazing thing that most people who know me or my brand do not know about me is that I love to travel. I like to visit all the monuments. Another amazing thing that most people do not know is that one of my goals is to grow my business. I want to expand my activities in other US states and cities in the near future.
