Exploring Life & Business with Dr. Erin Spaulding of Spaulding Family Chiropractic & Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Erin Spaulding D.C.

Hi Dr. Spaulding, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
In 2010, I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic school with every intention of moving back up north as I am from West Virginia and went to undergrad in Virginia. No one in my family has ever graduated from college well less went on to become a Dr. The month I was to graduate a Midwife in Central FL asked me to come work at the birth center and my plans changed, I moved to Sanford and the rest is history. I have been caring for mommas and babies ever since. It is my delight to walk alongside mothers as they walk into a new chapter in their lives. I have attended countless births over the years; my favorite thing NEW LIFE!!! I have helped many moms be able to successfully breastfeed when they felt like giving up. I love helping to empower moms in raising their kids with natural remedies etc. to keep them on a natural path of wellness.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Life was never promised to be easy. With God, all things are possible! There has definitely been blood, sweat, and tears. I would love to spend some time telling you just how good God is. If you trust Him, He will always make a way when there is no way.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
www.spauldingwellness.com will tell you a bit more about us and the services we offer. I pride myself on being very holistic and have helped many patients avoid using drugs or surgeries for their problems. I have educated the community for years about natural remedies to get their family and keep them well. I have been honored to attend countless births over the years.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Always look up! You want to strive to find someone who is where you wanna be and listen and learn. I have been a mentor over the years to many chiropractic students. It is humbling position to be considered their professor. It has been great watching scared interns turn into powerful Drs changing their communities!!!
