Today we’d like to introduce you to Traneicia Thomas.
Hi Traneicia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
ISupport is a black-owned business that focuses on bringing awareness to black entrepreneurship and creating a space for business owners to network, learn and grow their endeavors by cultivating a community aimed at success. I noticed the disparity in black ownership and channeled my passion for seeing people of color succeed and my skills to help develop new entrepreneurs to create ISupport.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
I don’t think there’s a such thing as a smooth road. With that being said I’ve had a few challenges along the way. Some of the struggles I’ve encountered is reaching the people who need me most, funding, and partnering with the correct people. In my line of business in order to be successful networking is key.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Isupport?

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up I’ve always been the outspoken one. I would never meet a stranger or be afraid to talk to new people or give criticism when needed. I was the leader that never needed to be given that role. My peers would look to me for solutions when it mattered most.
I’ve always had a passion for business and organization. In 7th grade, I decided that I wanted to be an accountant, and every move after that was either business or accounting related
