Hi Adam, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
We opened our doors on March 17th, 2022 after a long battle with the city and covid, it was truly a struggle 16 months of horrible correspondence and delays. My wife and I have been in the nail salon industry for over 10 years. We started as employees, then we managed a few salons. We noticed there’s an ongoing issue with nail salons. Horrible customer service, forceful Upselling, not being acknowledged or greeted instantly, lack of a true salon experience. We are trying to combat this by putting our customers first. We have a really well-vetted team and training process. We understand that energy can be felt in the salon so we want to make sure we are always giving our best efforts to keep the salon a fun and upbeat environment. All of our techs are fluent in English and many of them can speak Spanish. They understand all the newest and latest trends and we encourage them to always get further education in the nail industry. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the salon and use only top-quality products and prestige brands. In our short 4 months of opening, we managed to have over 120+ 5-star reviews on Google and we have plenty of social proof to prove it. We hope to change the nail salon industry and become a staple of how a nail salon should be.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Inspections, new regulations, covid, bad correspondence from the city.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We are a nail salon that host nail artists from all different race and ethnicities. We specialize in professional nail care. Gel nails, dipping powder, acrylic nails, and spa pedicures. We are proud that we only use top-quality products. Customers are getting more knowledgeable about prohibited products that can cause long-term health damage. (MMA) we do not use that. Our ventilation system is hospital grade and it removes most of the nail salon odors. We train our techs to be customer service centric and always make sure they feel comfortable while in the salon and leave satisfied.
