Today we’d like to introduce you to Edward Hernandez & Maria Berly.
Hi Edward & Maria, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Edward got laid off due to COVID. We wanted to start a business but didn’t have the collateral. Edward loves to cook, so we decided to try our hand in what he enjoys the most. Which are tacos and cooking!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
For the most part, we started in our little apartment two years ago, and now we own a food truck! At times it gets rough just because Edward and I both work full-time jobs. So, we have to say no to some events.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Edward works at Grocery company, and I work for a hospital! And we both of course, work for FuiYoMexicana. “Haha”
We can say that we both put our hearts in our job!
