Today we’d like to introduce you to Kelly Fischer.
Hi Kelly, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Hi! I am Kelly Fischer, beloved daughter of God, daughter, mother, wife and professional business owner. Balancing all identities, all areas to live an abundant life. It’s been quite a journey. I am originally from Brazil, I’ve been in the US since 2019. The decision wasn’t easy. It’s actually a little scary for a 41-year-old single mom. I decided to walk away from the support I had in my country with my career, family, friends, and ministry. But I followed God’s direction and believed in faith that He would give me the next steps.
As a professional, I graduated and developed four different professional areas, 1- Architect and Urban; 2-Realtor; 3- Business Coach and Behavioral Profile Analyst; 4- Financial Coach in the US, that I will explain more on this article because the unity of all four make me succeed professionally as business owner.
I am an architect with 18 years of experience in Brazil and the US. When I decided to be an architect, my father said no. He wanted me to be a doctor, but God spoke to him through a prophet, telling him to accept my profession because God will take me to many countries through it. And here I am! I finished my first Master’s in 2010 in Natural Resources Management, related to Architecture and Urban area.
The vision to be a “professional in missions” that God gave me when used the prophet to talk to my father, saying I will go to the nations through my profession, drove my life and professional choices, so I consistently pushed myself to grow and develop so that I could fulfill God’s will.
I began my first company, Architecture and Real Estate Investments, in Brazil in 2009. During this time, I expanded my business by becoming a Realtor, my second profession, that I graduated in 2012.
I saw the opportunity to serve God where I was at the time. It was in the south of Brazil, far from my home town and God made me prosperous. He did this so I could serve not only clients but also the employees, missionaries in the mission field, and retired missionaries.
I always had the vision that everything we have comes from the Lord. He is the provider, so the first 10% goes back to Him the way He wants. So, as a company we invested in lives and social projects.
Unfortunately, life happens and visions change, so my partner changed the vision and I lacked the emotional intelligence to keep things running on my own. Looking back, I understand that I was arrogant to think I could manage a business with only my architectural and realtor knowledge. So I decided to go back to self-employment, the same way I started.
But I made a prayer of forgiveness to God, and I said, “I am sorry that I was arrogant to think I could run a company without the wisdom I need. If you allow me to have a company again, I will learn how to run a company, and I will be a good steward of the next one you will give me.”
So, to be a good steward of a business, in 2016 I earned my 2nd Master’s Degree, my MBA specialist in Administration, Finances, and Leadership. I started my journey studying Digital Marketing in 2015 and I am still learning, it is a field that changes everyday. In the Realtor area thinking on Global businesses I earned my specialization in International Properties CIPS and Realtor membership with NAR – US in 2017.
After spending years preparing myself as a professional, during a Business Conference, God told me it is time to pursue emotional healing.
I attended three intensive emotional training sessions that shook my beliefs. It felt like I arrived as one person and left as another.
Within two months, I lost 44 pounds and seeing the change this had on me, I decided to go deep on the healing and knowledge and become a coach for emotional intelligence.
I invested in many courses and training but specifically business coaching for C-level executives. This grew me so that I could teach them to run their businesses with emotional intelligence – the same emotional intelligence that I needed. This ensures those who run the business will not be shaken, like I was, regardless of what might happen.
I couldn’t deny the results in my life and business, so I transitioned my career into a new direction in 2018. I created a method called “CC4P – Coaching and Consulting in the four main pillars of a company”, which I tested with a few of my friend’s businesses. This enabled them to get out of debt, transition careers, and grow.
The four pillars are:
1-Administration/HR;
2-Marketing/ Sales;
3-Logistic/ Processes;
4-Finances.
So, I decided to do it professionally.
My first business coaching client left her job, opened a new business, and grew from one shop space to four. She started with a credit line of 5K and grew to 300K in revenue within 8 months. She was my case study!
Then I had three more professionals that hired me for life and career coaching. Their new businesses grew exponentially!
I started to receive invitations to speak for entrepreneurs at many conferences and meetings in my city and other states as well.
And yet, God continued to remind me that He called me to be a pastor in the marketplace.
It was an epiphany moment because my method and teaching came from Him. What he taught me in the secret place, from the Bible, administration, leadership, finances, and emotional intelligence, came through biblical principles. Then he led me to coaching so I’d have the scientific foundation and the practical tools to bring results quickly and to speak with entrepreneurs and business owners, who think outside the box. In October 2018, my son and I came to the US to visit a family member. While we were here, God spoke through a pastor from First Baptist Church, who said, “God is bringing you here because you are missionary to nations, and all nations are here.”
So, after a week of prayer, God showed me that it was time to move! Three months later my son and I moved to the US. God gave me a new beginning, where he could fulfill his promises of 25 years ago.
Through my third profession, as a business coach, I started a new business coaching and consulting company.
God blessed me with a new marriage to an amazing man of God, Kent. He showed me how financial systems in America work. Through him, I have my fourth profession, as a financial coach, and I’m working towards being a financial advisor.
God gave me a new name and a new purpose. That’s why my company today has a new name, a new vision, and a new mission. Royal Fischer is a company that helps business owners think strategically so they can scale and have joy and freedom to live a balanced life and leave a legacy.
Today, my beautiful family and I live in Lakeland, Florida where we are part of this amazing community. We are involved with our faith community at Grace City Church. And I serve my city as a volunteer with the Chamber of Commerce. It’s exciting to mentor new business owners and empower new and expectant mothers.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been easy at all. It has been very challenging.
● In 2013, I endured a painful divorce which led to emotional and financial ruin that ended in bankruptcy and $330K in company debt.
● Shortly after, there was the economic crisis in my country that caused investors to cease building apartments, which meant fewer opportunities for my skills as an architect. I was selling cookies to pay for gas to visit clients or take my son to school.
● In 2016, my house was going into foreclosure because I didn’t have the money to pay my mortgage. I sold my house to pay off all the debt and sustain my son and me through 2017 with a smaller home.
● In 2018, I sold everything I had to move to the US to follow God’s direction in my life.
● I started in the US excited about the possibilities, but the reality was that I wasn’t a tourist and I had to build everything again–company, authority, credibility, and credit–while in another country without friends, family, or my native language.
● After seven years as a single mother, I married again and learned to live with, trust, and share life with another person from another culture and language.
● This year, in 2022, after all overcoming so much and achieving success, I experienced a profound sadness and self-doubt. I didn’t understand why I felt this way. While playing my guitar, one word came to me: Imposter. I researched and discovered I was experiencing imposter syndrome. It took five months of healing and led to the development of my program called “Blossom”. I designed this to heal successful professionals, executives, and managers who silently suffer with imposter syndrome because of the shame of addressing it. Here at Royal Fischer, the Blossom program offers a safe place and community to overcome the lies of self-doubt so they can return to their positions with greater confidence and success.

Royal Fischer is a company created by me in 2019 with the purpose of awakening business owners and entrepreneurs to live their true identities and transform their purpose into a product or service to serve others. I created this with a mission to change the mindset of business owners and CEOs so they can think more strategically.
As experts, we see success when we apply what we know and then we want to grow beyond that. But we get stuck in the day-to-day tasks and have a tough time chasing the vision to grow and scale our business, specially when we don’t know about the four main pillars, areas of every company, we know our area of expertise but not necessarily about HR, or finances, or administration.
As the main person in the business, the one who started everything through the area of expertise, the expert is still working on the operations; for example a dentist, a doctor, an architect, an engineer, or any other area that the business depends on the owner-expert to work to generate income, the tendency is this expert to go through burnout.
My mission is to work with these business owners–the ones that are so stuck in the daily operations that they lose sight of the greater vision and the ones that are busy with every aspect of the operation and close to burn out. I use my methodology to change their mindset, build an amazing strategy and then help them implement and create the life they want and deserve.
