Today we’d like to introduce you to Lesliany E. Arroyo Ortiz.
Hi Lesliany, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
My name is Lesliany E. Arroyo Ortiz. I just turned 21 I’m a mother of a 2-year-old my journey as a model and content creator started a little over a year ago I started doing it all on my own as a way to get distracted from a lot of personal things going on in my life and as a way to start loving myself over again so I started researching and started finding photographers and companies that wanted to give me a chance I have been able to work with amazing boutiques and agencies and even get to customize and create my own perfume I started from not knowing anything to now doing runways paid photoshoots being an ambassador for boutiques and like I said before creating my own perfume, and I’m determined to keep on going I want modeling and creating content for people to be one of my sources of income, but I do dream to do nails and open my own business one day, but I’m happy where I’m headed and that all the tears I’ve put and the hard work are slowly paying off.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, the road was always bumpy there’s been so much in my way there’s bigger things I want to accomplish. I was gonna have my own podcast but we had to put it on hold as well as my YouTube but no matter what I keep on going, and I will be doing everything I put in my head.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a freelance model and content creator. I first started doing reels on Instagram and starting gaining a big audience, then I stopped and decided to take on modeling something I’ve always wanted to do since I was little my proudest moment Is where I am going. I’m not proud, just yet I believe I can achieve so much more I feel like what sets me apart from others is everything because we’re all different we all have special things we just got to put it to use we all have talents and dreams but you gotta put the work into it to make it happen.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
I feel like everyone should start by setting themselves a goal where is it you want to be or do is it what u really want to do, or you just want to have the experience also research and grind hard every day no matter if your happy mad sad u gotta work in this life to get to where u wanna be there will be people down the way that want u to succeed and will give you a hand, but some will cheer you on but they will never wanna see you better than them so don’t ever tell anyone what u want to do don’t give ur dream away to anyone until you accomplished it.
