Today we’d like to introduce you to Lacy Fleeman Garcia and Rita Maria DaSilva Collado. Them and their team share their story with us below:
With more than 40+ years combined experience in the Hospitality & Residential design industries, our passion continues to grow with every single project.
Lacy graduated with her BA in Interior Design from AI Miami Int’l University of Art and Design and Rita graduated with her Associates in Interior Design from the Int’l Academy of Design in Montreal.
A significant portion of our careers was spent with Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD’s New Building Department, where we were a part of many exciting projects ranging from Revitalizations to New Build construction throughout the world. Collaborating over the years developed our resiliency as a team and strengthened our working relationship.
Working alongside a variety of professionals ranging from Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Brand Executives, Marketing, and many others, we have developed a unique set of skills during our tenure.
Today we skillfully deliver the modern luxuries that guests and clients have come to expect as well as be surprised by.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No story is without its twists and turns. As we both matured in our careers, new aspirations began to develop.
We were driven by the desire to take on more personal projects and cater to the direct user, which led to the start of a new season.
Establishing a new business, obtaining new clientele, sourcing projects, and making ourselves known in a new demographic are all part of the entrepreneurial learning curve that we have navigated over the past few years, but with each successful project and satisfied client, we are fueled and excited to keep moving forward!
