Hi Natalie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Our travel concierge business started at the end of 2019. We focus on groups, social trips, and leisure! Our team members themselves love traveling and strive to provide the best concierge travel service to our clients.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
For Strideley, we started our business, and then a few months later, the Pandemic hit. It definitely took a toll not only on the business but also on our spirits. However regardless, we continued to push through as well as continued to provide service to clients in navigating their trips through the ever-changing pandemic policies of each country.
We’ve been impressed with Strideley, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Strideley is a travel concierge. We provide not only travel planning to our clients but strive to provide continued service pre-travel and during travel. We are proud to say, we have been able to provide not only luxurious amenities for our clients when they travel but also be able to provide them quick service at their time of need. Besides leisure travel, one of our huge focus is planning groups and social trips. We have worked with local trainers to help set up retreats for their clients as well as plan out destination weddings for those bride and groom to-bes for a smooth booking process for their entire wedding party.
What matters most to you? Why?
When it comes to Strideley, making sure our clients feel no stress in their planning process or during their travel is of the utmost importance. This proves to us that our service was worth their while and that they are happy with what we have provided for them. If the clients are happy, then we are happy.
