Today we’d like to introduce you to Jose Antonio Conde.
Hi Jose Antonio, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Since I was 4 years old, I started looking from my bed window a lot of horses hanging around in an equestrian school.
I start looking at them every day and start falling in love with horses, my dream was taking classes and start learning how to ride a horse.
I went with my dad a lot of times and ask him If I could have riding classes, and they will answer me, “when you turn 5 years old, we will take you to classes”.
So, the day I turned 5 years old, I ask them to take me as they promise, and the did, since that day I knew what I really wanted to do in my life.
I have been horse riding like 15 different horses and start becoming good at it, it was hard, I felt a several times, but immediately went back up and start doing it again until I become better and better.
Right now, I have been participating in different competitions and have won 3 rd., 2 rd. and 1 rd. place.
My coach Priscila Martins is an expert; I am so thankful to have her as a teacher; she also says that ” I am one of a kind.”
I want to keep learning and improving myself so one day I am sure I will be competing in the Olympics.

I am specializing in horse riding and show jumper. It has not been easy, but every day I keep training to become better and better.
Every day is different, depends on the horse sometimes or my focus on training, but I try to do my best and talk to the horses so the do they work well.
I love animals. =)
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
That if you fall, you get up, clean your tears and keep going until you make it right.
