Today we’d like to introduce you to Claritza Cruz.
Hi Claritza, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Well, I was tired of searching for a job that I do not sacrifice my daughters and a job of my dream, that one job that you don’t have to forces yourself to go because you love it there. I pray to God for almost 3 years, I pray for a job where I could be creative and absolutely love it, and at may 2020, without my husband knowing about my dream, for Mother’s Day, he give me a camera as a gift, and I started to cry, he was confused about my reaction because it was the first time in 5 years of marriage that I cry about a gift. And that’s how my journey started, I use it at my daughter quinceañera, and most of the people like my first photography, so I received some gift about photography courses, and I determined myself to be best every day, knowing that I’m my own competition and I end up with only 2 years as a photographer being on a Billboard in New York, Times Square. So that motivated me to continue whenever I what to give up.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I think that the challenge as a photographer is to decide what kind of picture you will like the best to shoot or category you prefer, cause I like every type of photos. 🙈

I’m a photographer, passionate of capture moment and freeze them for the rest of you life. Is a joy to see how people love the result of each session and absolutely love make family happier about their moment. I will definitely want that my photos speak from themselves, not to be just a picture.
What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
That we are not here to be in competition with nobody else, that if I help others to reach their goal as well, I’ll grow with them too.
