Today we’d like to introduce you to Adam Diaz.
Hi Adam, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in Little Italy, New York City on mulberry St. Coming from where I come from, I was taught to go get it at a young age. Hustling and working every day like a hamster on a wheel. I love it though; I think it’s important for everyone to have that work ethic in them. I produce and record music. I go by “First Man Adam,” and you can listen to me on your favorite digital music store. Fast forward to today, I recently relocated here in Orlando from New York. As soon as I arrived, I launched a business called Goody Goody Vending. It’s always been my dream to own and operate a vending company, something tangible to where I can walk up and say “I own this”. Another reason why I love what I do is that I don’t have to be present to make a sale. I’ve always worked smart. It’s all about assets and making money while you sleep. Each and every day my businesses keep growing. I’m blessed and grateful. I appreciate Orlando Voyager for this opportunity to share my story. I could write a whole book. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
If I said my journey was smooth, I’d be lying to you. There’s always obstacles and challenges one faces. It all balls down to, are you bigger than the challenge? Or is the challenge bigger than you? I’ve always pushed through. My mother didn’t raise a quitter. She raised a go-getter. Coming from where I come from, there’s no choice but to go and get it, make it happen by any means necessary.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’ve been producing and recording music pretty much all my life. Music is my passion. I’m proud of my catalog I’ve created. You can listen to it on your favorite digital music store, search First Man Adam. I love hip hop. It’s been on me since I was young. I still remember the day I said to myself at a young age that “I’m going to create a big catalog of music”. Drama do come true. Execution makes dreams happen. I’m proud of the gift God has given me. Everyone has greatness wishing themselves; some just need to tap into it!
