Today we’d like to introduce you to In House Recordz. Them and their team share their story with us below:

The “In House Records” Voyage has been an amazing one so far! Founded in 2022 by Presidents, Lamont “Lil Ice” Baker & Khalil “K.Milly” Hughes, A pair of like-minded businessmen set out to complete a tasked they started once before, But bigger and better! The In-House label has already released numerous songs, custom merchandise and managed to network with North Florida panhandle’s biggest Instagram blogs, @850exposure. It’s safe to say, In House Records are off to a great start. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Lack of money, networking, resources, etc… If you can name it, we’ve been through it. And as crazy as it sounds, these are the very things that brought us closer. Without those obstacles, In House Recordz team probably wouldn’t have the drive & communications skills that we have today if it wasn’t for the obstacles we had to overcome. 

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
In House Recordz is a collective of very talented Music artist, Producers, Graphic Designers, Film & Photographers, and the list goes on! We provide all that’s need to our team of elites! Hints the name “In House” 😉 

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
One Word! “MAJOR”! We at In House are determined to make what we’ve started the biggest label in the world. We’re made for the music industry, and in 5-10 years, In House will be “The” label to sign too!
