Today we’d like to introduce you to Shaday M. Hiraldo Diaz.
Hi, Shaday M. it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
Art has always been a passion for me. I have always seen it as an expression. I was looking for a way to tell my story, and what better way than to share it through line art? That’s how Sin Mancha started. Sin Mancha, Spanish for Stainless, tells the story of a young girl who once reached rock bottom and found a way out, and recognized the importance of self-love. Here in Sin Mancha, we believe in second chances. We believe that as bad as your past has been, your past is just that, the past. And it doesn’t have the power to define who you are now and who you will be in the future. Here we spread the support and the importance of self-love and believing in the power inside of you. We believe in boss ladies rising and empowering each other rather than competing. Art gives you a voice, and here in Sin Mancha, we represent those who once felt like they had no value, no voice, and are now empowered. My story inspires me to inspire others. We started with line art canvas decorations, and, little by little, we introduced vinyl stickers and more minimalist decorations.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been smooth?
It has not been an easy road. Starting your own business has its ups and downs. It has moments filled with excitement and others where you must remember why you started in the first place. There have been days when I am sold out on new products while others take a little while to sell out, but who said it would be easy? It takes determination, discipline, perseverance, and courage to keep going. Seeing people’s smiles keep Sin Mancha going.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
Sin Mancha first made its appearance with line art canvases. Our style and signature are black-and-white minimalist art. We started growing and began to create inspirational vinyl stickers. These stickers have spoken to me personally and inspired me to keep going. People say, “you cannot give what you don’t have,” and I agree with that, which is why our stickers have a message behind them. We release new collections for every season. We have several collections available and many more to come. We aim to take our art to a higher level, like murals around the city and other businesses.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I believe the purpose and meaning of Sin Mancha are essential to our success because we are all about new beginnings, self-love, and knowing our purpose. Our creator, the God, made us with a purpose, and we believe and support that here in Sin Mancha. We aim to influence others to grow so that they influence someone else’s life. We are empowered to empower others.
