Conversations with Avaryana Rose

Today we’d like to introduce you to Avaryana Rose. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Avaryana Rose is a model, actress, and social media influencer from Sarasota, FL. She owns her company, Avaryana Rose LLC DBA, “Babes Against Bullying.” She has a mission page on IG (@babes.against.bullying) that she created as a platform to help raise awareness about cyberbullying because it affects so many, including herself. This allows Avaryana to be a voice for others and encourages them to stand up for themselves and anyone facing online intimidation or abuse. Avaryana has walked the runway as a model for NYFW, Paris FW, and MSW. Rose’s acting credits include lead roles in NOT FOR SALE: FLORIDA (upcoming starring Dean Cain), AMERICAN PROM, YOUTHQUAKE, and DARK ECHOES. Avaryana recently represented Venice, FL, at the Miss Florida USA/Miss Florida Teen USA Competition as Miss Venice Teen USA. Her selection was based on her academic and professional interest, involvement in her community, passion for the pursuit of excellence, and interest in empowering other young women to follow in her footsteps. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. I’ve dealt with ruthless bullying (cyber and in-person) all my pre-teen and teen years, leaving me with residual trauma. Although most of the bullying has thankfully subsided due to my online platform called Babes Against Bullying, I still receive a few hateful comments on my social media. Most of the meanest and most cruel things you could say to a young child were told to me almost daily. People would make fun of my teeth, my thinness, and my lack of curves.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am an actress & model. I’m mostly known for being an Instagram model / Influencer, and that is where most of my work comes from. My amazing support system sets me apart from others, which helps me achieve my biggest dreams and creative mind. I am most proud of my platform, Babes Against Bullying, which brings awareness to the young cyberbullying models like myself endure.

We all have different ways of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success in a different way than others. My definition of success is in the beholder. If one is happy with living in a small town, in seclusion, that is their definition of success. If another is a big Hollywood Star, that is their version of success. I don’t think success should be based on the stereotype of being famous or making a huge difference. Success is based on what makes you happy and feels fulfilled in life.
