Hi Yerimar; thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to introduce yourself.
Hello, my name is Yerimar Aguero, mother of a wonderful boy and I’m a Real Estate Agent in all of Florida.
My story, like that of many immigrants, is full of adversity, achievements and goals, many goals. A lot of joy but at the same time sadness.
I graduated SUMMA CUM LAUDE, in Law from the Universidad Central de Venezuela; then, I acquired my Master’s degree in Cybercrime at the University of Buenos Aires. In Venezuela, I was District Attorney; however, my dream was to live in The United States and become a Real Estate Agent (I loved watching all the realtor shows on tv). Now that I’ve accomplished my dream, my new goal is to help families make their dreams come true, the “American Dream”. My Priority as a Real Estate Agent is to get excellent results for my clients with every transaction, if they’re happy, I’m happy. I put my heart and mind into helping people achieve their dream of buying a home as well as helping them become real estate investors and create wealth. The main goal of a family is to have a home, and to see their happiness when that becomes a reality makes me feel accomplished as well. I specialize in the field of residential and investment opportunities in all of Florida and the Dominican Republic currently, always looking for new opportunities to grow my expertise. My passion is helping others. The sky’s the limit, and I CAN achieve everything I set out to do in life. I am thrilled to set goals for myself and see how day by day, I am fulfilling them despite the obstacles and adversities. I also like to motivate other people to give their best to achieve success in life. The biggest motivation in my life is my 13-year-old son. I am an independent, resilient woman who sets high standards in everything I do.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to success that I travel has been challenging but satisfying. Emigrating was extremely complicated and being away from my son and my family has been really hard. The language barrier has been a big challenge that I have had to face but I have been able to feel more and more comfortable with it as it is something to be learned from everyday.

I am a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with La Rosa Realty Kissimmee. My team is a leader in the Real Estate market in Central Florida.

Above all, God has been my strength throughout my process. My son and my parents have been the greatest motivation in my life. My mentor Milton Ocasio, Miguel Lora and my Broker Anderson Correa, have always helped me. Also, Miguel Hernandez from Palionproductions has also been part of my work team.
