Today we’d like to introduce you to Cristina Vergara.
Cristina, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started with an idea of capturing in each individual what is beauty with a conscience, I always think self-love is the most important key ‘ with that your body will express it to its greatest power; I do not seek with my work to achieve perfect bodies, I seek in each one of my clients, being able to provide them with emotional accompaniment while we manage to set goals and achieve well-being for their bodies. In this case, I call it a temple. I believe in my work, beauty with a well-channeled consciousness can give us a better quality of life, we should feel proud of ourselves and thus vibrating in this energy, attract the same. I really love being able to help overcome the fears of each human being who comes to my spa, looking for a better appearance in their body and being able to work with them from the inside, neutralizing all this and making them leave my place loving each other!!! Respecting their body and trying to be better people.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The obstacles are in the mind; believe so that you believe. The language can be a teacher for me on this path, but it will never be an obstacle.

I Cristina Isabel Vergara, I change lives!!! With my work dedicated to helping people, and from my spa, I help people to have beauty with a conscience; it is a great experience, here we look for the reason and change it, and we do not work superficially.
The difference from others is because each individual has their own stamp, we are unique and unrepeatable human beings, and each one brings their gift
