Exploring Life & Business with Rafael Falco of Coldwell Banker Realty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rafael Falco.  

Hi Rafael, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself. 
I came from a small country in South America called Uruguay with only 3.3 million people with a lot of dreams. I always dreamed to perform Real Estate in this beautiful country. 2017 I got in a plane with 1300 dollars in my pocket. Arrived in Orlando and the dream started to come true. Five months after arrived I met my lovely wife, Irina. Got my license in Real Estate and the Journey started. During pandemia my business plan changed and expanded internationally. Got in contact with Italy, Spain, México, and South America to build a bigger network, and worked perfectly. Today I am helping people find their dream homes in three languages and I am learning my fourth one. English, Spanish, Portuguese, and now Russian.  

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way? 
Of course, English is not my mother language, and the beginning was a little tough, but with the help of wonderful wife everything went getting better day by day. There are a lot of competition in this business but the professionalism and knowledge with ethics makes the difference between the success and fail. The constantly formation and hours of reading plus a participation in Mastermind meetings with experienced and successful Realtors give me the chance to grow daily.  

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business? 
Being part of Coldwell Banker is like touch the sky with my hands. The number one organization in Real Estate gave me the chance to grow my knowledge with tools that I never managed before. The marketing support we use to list a house I couldn’t find in other places. The chance to one day reach the Global Luxury Market it’s around the corner and I will get into pretty soon. All the knowledge of business and negotiating learned during 26 years in South America plus 5 years traveling to different countries and now my 3 years in the business in this country gave me the power to reach my goals.  

What are your plans for the future? 
As I mentioned before, my goal is jump to Global Luxury Market. I am representing buyers and sellers in Residential realty and closed some deals at Amalfi Coast in Italy, Riviera Maya in Mexico, Baleares Islands in Spain and Punta del Este Uruguay. I receive referrals from all over the world because I am branding in International MLS and other networks with thousands of colleagues all over the planet. 2023 came with a lot of good challenges and I am working to accomplish with success always with the best professionalism and ethics.
