Today we’d like to introduce you to Misha Morgan.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was a CMA/ phlebotomist in the oncology department a while back and became a bartender because it was hard for me to see sick patients. I wanted to still work with people and work with needles and then I found microblading. I went to a popular academy in Santa Monica where I took 3 courses and fell in love.
After graduating I begged the owner for any type of internship. I think I remember asking her “I’ll clean toilets and scrub the floor if I have to just please give me some time to learn more from you”. After my internship I made it as an artist and from an artist I became the instructor teaching everything from microblading, lip blushing, eyeliner, and paramedical at the same school I attended! Now after years of working there, I sadly had to move and start my adventure called “Grand Cru Permanent Cosmetics”
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Starting any kind of business is hard especially if it’s your first time in new terrain. I look forward to all the challenge es because it makes me feel proud of myself.

I love every aspect of my job. I specialize in combo fusion brows and lip blushing. What sets me apart is I have to say my style and my vast knowledge. Learning from the best and adding my flare to the mix.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I grew up all over the map but I’m most familiar with Los Angeles. My interests are archery, snorkeling, axe throwing, and working out. I also enjoy anything that sparks the brain.
