Today we’d like to introduce you to Reli Paulino.

Hi Reli, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi! Im Reli and I am a new and upcoming Hispanic Food and Catering Chef! My passion for food started out with my mom. I have to thank her for teaching me everything I know today. As I was growing up and she came home from work to prepare dinner she would ask me to come and the kitchen to help her cook and would always tell me “you have to learn because what if one day I’m no longer here you’re going to be stuck eating burger king every day with your dad!”

Dramatic to say the least but I was just happy to spend time with my mom. As I grew up, I loved hosting and cooking for my friends and family, it is how I show my love; through food. I decided to share my food and love for hosting and start my own catering business. Being in the kitchen is my safe zone, where I find the most peace and can showcase my creativity.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
So far, so good. I spent months planning out and testing my recipes until I felt they were perfect. I’m still working out some kinks in production but that will come with time and practice.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I cook homestyle Hispanic meals that taste just like your grandmas cooking. I specialize in frituras especially empanadas that come in a variety of delicious flavors.

But we also offer weekly plates that change every week. Have a big party and don’t want to cook or set up a table? We offer that too! We have a preset catering menu but we can also do a customizable menu. Don’t want to cook throughout the week? We offer meal prep! I’m proud to say my business caters to people.

We love surprises, fun facts, and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
We offer empanadas almost every day and are ready in 30 minutes or less after you order! Whether it be during your lunch break, after work, or before/after your trip to downtown Orlando, we are open and ready to serve you!

Pricing:

  • Mini Empanadas range from $3-4 and come in packs of 2
  • Weekly plates range from $10-15
  • Caterings for 10-15 people range around $70-100
  • Delivery pricing based on distance
