Daily Inspiration: Meet Marcela Arrieta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Marcela Arrieta. They and their team shared their story with us below:

Originally from a small town in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, Marcela Arrieta is a successful personality in the Latino community in the United States, who has managed to earn her prestige through effort, talent, and a deep conviction in her Mexican roots and her potential as a woman. Here’s her inspiring story of empowerment and girl power.

When she was only three years old, Marcela emigrated with her mother to the United States, the land of opportunities and, like many of her compatriots, she went through difficulties that taught her not to lose faith, to remain humble, and to practice love for her neighbor through of forgiveness and trust.

“My roots began not by accident but by divine grace in a small town high above the Mexican planes, San Francisco de Asís. I am proud of my earthly existence, where my soul and my heavenly guides made me incarnate in this life, ”said Marcela on her social networks.

Her path as an emotional and pranic healer began in 2011 at the hands of the Master, Stephen Co, a scholar and personal student of the Grand Master, Choa Kok Su, founder of pranic healing therapy. Regarding her beginnings in this practice, Marcela affirms that “it seemed strangely familiar to me. But in the soul, I was resuming the path that I have traveled during many incarnations.

“Thanks to Pranic Healing, I understood the connection between nature and energy and how it can help humanity to heal, especially our emotions. Combined, it returns us to our center, where our essence awaits us, ”she maintains.

Marcela has accumulated vast experience as a healer, helping personalities such as Nitzia Chama, Patricia Eadie, and Mayola Delgado; among others; in fact, she is considered an authority on the subject, which is why she is invited as a specialist on numerous local and national radio and television programs.

“My area of expertise is helping people release the emotional baggage that is holding them back and that, over time, can become a lifelong disease,” she says.

Added to this, Marcela is also a prominent businesswoman by founding brands such as MajesticBlissSoaps, focused on the production of soaps and holistic products for personal and spiritual care, made with natural, ecological, ethical, and sustainable ingredients. More recently she expanded her business by creating the Vida by Marcela Arrieta brand, inspired by her Mexican roots and holistic remedies from her ancestors that have helped her and her family so much for generations.

Regarding her achievements, Marcela expresses that what she most wants is to transmit through these a message of empowerment and confidence for all women so that they believe in their abilities and do not pay attention to limiting beliefs, and stereotypes, so that “Let’s focus on our” true value and our ability to achieve everything we dream of, always believe in ourselves and focus all our energies on fulfilling those dreams.

“When we believe in ourselves, the paradigms begin to fall and we reach unimaginable goals, we exalt our beginnings and show ourselves that it is possible and that it is worth dreaming because, with faith, work, and a lot of love, dreams come true,” she added.

Marcela feels a great commitment to share her achievements not only to inspire the Latino community in the United States but also by doing her bit for charitable causes; for this reason, she is an active board member of Global Gift Foundation USA, a foundation focused on carrying out actions around the world that can contribute to creating lasting changes to solve problems such as poverty, lack of medical attention and education in vulnerable areas, among others.

Despite all her successes, Marcela believes that her great work will always be to inspire all women to believe in themselves and their dreams, calling them to discard all prejudices and limiting beliefs that hinder their capabilities.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
I don’t subscribe to the thought that all is smooth. I’m an optimist by nature, aware that our personal and professional lives go up and down. I’m grateful for all life cycles because they teach us invaluable lessons that can become a skill. My grandmother always said, “If life was like a bed of beautifully vibrant and aromatic flowers, what fun would life be?”

I’ve had many struggles: juggling fear, anger, resentment, doubt, etc. But at the end of it all, I had to, and still have to, make a choice: Do I want to wallow in my emotional mud? Or do I want to get up, shake it off, and move on?

The answer is simple, but applying ourselves can be challenging, not impossible. The first step is understanding that we can create our reality, and the rest will follow.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
My area of specialty is creating positive change, whether through my personal care products or the many workshops I lead. I love all facets of life; they remind me of when I was a little girl, running around my grandmothers’ house in Mexico. Every corner was full of vibrant colors and experiences that stimulated every particle of my being.

Because of these experiences, I developed a greater empathy from a young age. I found myself living through life not really understanding why I could feel other people’s joy or sadness and everything in between. These feeling crippled me, and I became a slave to my thoughts and feelings.

And in 2011, my path as an emotional and pranic healer began at the hands of Master Stephen Co, a personal student of the Grand Master, Choa Kok Sui, founder of the Pranic Healing therapy. Thanks to Pranic Healing, I understood the connection between nature and energy and how it can help humanity to heal, especially our emotions. Combined, they return us to our center, where our essence awaits us.

I am most proud of positively impacting the Latino community in the United States, which has earned me prestige through effort, talent, and a deep conviction in my Mexican roots and my potential as a woman.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Surrounding yourself with like-minded people is a must! But it’s also a good idea to occasionally hear from people who don’t see eye to eye with you. All of these people serve as teachers and mentors. They help us see the potential but also expose our blind spots.

Networking is an incredible way to tap into other people’s minds; just remember that if you go network hopping, you might lose focus of your goals. Be selective; sometimes, you just have to say No.
