Today we’d like to introduce you to Jolie Ryster.
Hi Jolie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
This whole idea started back in 2020. I purchased a Scotty Sportsman from a friend and had big dreams of renovating it into a photo booth camper. I created the logo and started putting my vision together of what I wanted it to become. My sister (Trisha Blount) and I teamed up to get the ball rolling.
After 3 years, a pandemic, working full-time jobs at our salon, lots of bumps in the road, and tons of researching – FINALLY – we officially launched Trailer Park Party in April 2023! We are now booking for 2023-2024!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting this journey has been such a learning experience for us. I assumed starting a photo booth business would include pressing a button and letting the machine do all the work – boy was I wrong! Learning the technical side of the photo booth industry has been so interesting, there is SO much to it.
We’ve had some difficulties ranging all the way from our printer not wanting to connect to our booth – to the camper falling off the hitch while on the way to an event. YIKES! (She was okay, don’t worry.) I’ve also learned how to design photo templates, so we can now offer custom frames! That was a big one for me. It has been such a challenge to overcome all these obstacles, but I have genuinely had SO MUCH fun doing it, and I can’t wait to learn more!

Our ENTIRE goal is to bring a fun, affordable photo booth option to our hometown of Palatka, FL (and surrounding areas.) We are passionate about FUN and making MEMORIES that will last you a lifetime. All of our photo booth options come with unlimited prints, because, THAT’S THE FUN OF A PHOTOBOOTH! Taking home a piece of the party that you can keep forever!
Printed photos are so perfectly classic, and with most media going digital now, we are slowly losing the beauty of a printed photograph! That’s why we offer options for text, email, AND classic printing! After talking to our friends and family, we realized most people omit a photo booth at their event because of pricing and distance! We want to eliminate that. Photo booths are the perfect addition to every party, and we want to make it easy peasy to do that! We cannot WAIT to be a part of so many special events.
What’s so great about us is, we’ll have TWO booth options. We offer Blu – our photo booth camper OR Daisy- our Stand-Alone Booth! This way, we can help accommodate any type of party or event! “It’s always a party in the Trailer Park!” Our goal is to bring a fun and comfortable feel to any event you may have. We want your guests to let loose and have fun!
(We offer an iPad-based photo booth to make this the most affordable option for our clients. We always suggest asking us any questions about DSLR booths or 360 booths if you are exploring options for your event – we would love to recommend some of our photo booth friends if we aren’t the right fit for you!)
