Hi Emma, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve always been interested in Real Estate. It’s fascinating to me how one can take one property, and there are so many options on what they can do with it. They can rent it, do a short-term rental such as Airbnb, or renovate it and sell it to someone and provide them with a home.
I have always been involved in many different real estate projects, but getting my Real Estate license and now helping my client find their dream homes has been a dream come true, and I enjoy it very much.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I think with every business; there are challenges and obstacles. But with real estate specifically, I think some of the challenges are the unpredictability of the business.
And how to properly market yourself so you can find the right client. And lastly, for me, specifically, I think being a woman and having to make people take you and your business seriously has been a challenge.
