Thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, how did you get started?
Hi, I’m Cierra Livingston! I am a passionate mother of two beautiful children, Ryder and Everleigh, and a wife to my fantastic husband, Taylor. I was born and raised in a small town named Oviedo, Florida. I am a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Health and Wellness Coach passionate about helping Mothers live healthier lifestyles. I started my journey and was inspired to start my own business and become a Certified Birth/Postpartum Doula because of my birth experience. I believe birth is a natural woman’s right and something that she should be encouraged and empowered to do as she wishes undisturbed. In my first pregnancy, I had an unplanned cesarean after having my heart set on a natural birth.
After multiple interventions and forced labor without fully being informed of my options as a mother, I had to go under the knife. I knew deep down my body was capable of giving birth the way it was designed to. I was determined from then on my second time around, I was going to have the birth of my dreams and labor my way. After finding the best support team and group of midwives to stand by me in full support of my choice to have a VBAC, I prepared myself physically, mentally, and spiritually to have the best birth experience I could’ve ever wanted! I ended up being successful and having a beautiful birth experience at home, undisturbed with my second baby. Being able to accomplish something like this after feeling so defeated from my first birth was something special. I will never forget my experience and all the precious moments bringing my baby to earth side with my hands. It’s a feeling you can’t even describe in words! My experience allowed me to believe in my true power as a mother and woman. I wanted to share my story with others and help them accomplish what I did—showing other mothers that they are capable of amazing things and that their bodies can birth naturally the way they desire in a peaceful, uninterrupted, unafraid environment—birthing empowered and with complete confidence in their abilities. Women are amazing!
It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There have been many challenges and obstacles running my own business, but it has been rewarding. Marketing yourself as an entrepreneur organically and learning the skills and what it takes to be successful can take more time. I’ve enjoyed the journey so far, and it has made me a much better business owner and increased my passion for what I do.

A birth doula provides physical, mental, and emotional support while supplying you with evidence-based information about prenatal health, childbirth, and postpartum care. Your Doula will always be by your side and is your advocate for your birth. I am on a mission to help inspire and support other mamas to find their belief, confidence, and inner strength to have the information and knowledge to make the best decision for them and their babies.

Serving others makes me happy! 🙂 I love it when I can help and support someone else and significantly impact their lives in a way they will never forget. That’s why I am so passionate about being a birth and postpartum doula. This is such a particular time in a mother’s life, and to be a part of supporting someone and bringing life into the world is a rewarding experience and brings me so much joy. My family also makes me happy! They keep my endeavors and my journey to becoming a successful entrepreneur. Living a healthy lifestyle makes me happy, and sharing and educating others on how to do that as well!
