Hi Milagros, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I am a Peruvian emigrant; I arrived at 28 and had many goals. I have lived in the USA for 23 years, and I am grateful to this country for the opportunities it continues to offer me. Married for 15 years, I have always worked in sales and service for the community. I started as a Realtor with a base of knowing how to listen and understand the client; I continue studying and updating myself to offer the best service. I love my work and give myself 100%; when I see your comments that leave my service, it is my motivation.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The language is a little, but I always prepare beforehand and compete with myself every day to overcome it.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a Realtor from Florida; I identify with the Latino public, helping them buy their first house or sell their house; that’s what I do. Unlike the others, it is that you listen to the customer, have knowledge of what I’m doing, and get to know the market.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I’m persistent. I like to travel and dance.
