Hi, Sabrina; we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, let’s briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I am a Rollins College Alum with a background in international business, wellness, chefing, and the music industry. In 2017, I transitioned to the World of Spirituality. I grew up with a spiritual mother who was and still is a Reiki Master (Energy work through the hands). I was involved with sports, theatre, choir, band, and the newspaper during high school in Pennsylvania. I knew I wanted to be involved with music. My Orlando adventure started in 1999 when I started college at Rollins College in Winter Park. As soon as I got off the plane, I had a visceral feeling, knowing I had found my home. Cut to 2024, and I’m still happier than a pig in mud being able to live in my happy place.
During college and beyond, I worked in the music business, booking bands, producing live concerts, and managing artists. First at Rollins, then in London, England, and then in Los Angeles. Even though music fulfilled my soul, my trajectory in the music business wasn’t sustainable. Between my time in music and beyond, I deeply studied wellness and nutrition. I became a wellness coach and began personal chefing for Orlando residents, serving delicious, magical organic fare. Due to slight scoliosis and many herniated spinal discs, I realized personal chefing wasn’t going to last long.
After devastating heartbreak brought me to my knees, I knew I needed a big change. In 2017, I started giving Numerology readings and teaching wellness classes at Orlando’s first microbrewery, Orlando Brewing, which was also organically certified. Everyone loved Numerology, but it wasn’t mainstream or popular enough. They wanted tarot card readings. I gave the people what they wanted and learned the art of tarot. I also gained confidence in my psychic and intuitive skills through my training. I started to specialize in relationships, specifically Twin Flames. In 2019, I added Life Coach to my repertoire. In 2021, I deep-dived into the powers of energy healing. I started with Breathwork and have since added many skills to my toolbelt, including a reiki mastership like my mother, tuning forks, dimensional therapy, chakra balancing and light medicine. At the end of 2023, I began offering Soul Mission readings to help fellow sensitive souls awaken to their purpose and better understand their journey and self.
With 1,500 Psychic Readings under my belt each year, I was awarded “Best Life Coach” in Winter Park in 2022 and have been featured on TV, Podcasts & Radio. Was it a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it has not been a smooth ride. I was born 10 weeks early. I am a survival miracle. Adding to what I’ve already divulged, my childhood was full of trauma and dysfunction, causing me to become extremely sensitive and introverted. I was abandoned by the Feminine energy and was forced to embody my Masculine energy to cope and to survive. I’ve had love partners pass on, and I’ve dealt with accidents and abuse. I’ve been pushed to my breaking point to own my power as a woman and business owner.
