Hi Jerred, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We started our Social Media Marketing Agency almost by accident. We started with a YouTube channel to share videos with family and friends. Later we got picked up by a TV show and had an opportunity to get featured on the WESH TV News. More and more large corporations wanted to connect with us for how we produced and curated content.
After a while, we knew we had something special on our hands. So we started focusing more on Media. I had the opportunity to use marketing techniques and sales as a National Insurance Broker and my wife has her Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from UCF. We were used to solving problems and providing solutions around what people care about most. It was a perfect segue to help people with the same skill. MTM Creative Imaging & Co. doesn’t only provide marketing resources for businesses and brands, but we ensure that they connect with customers and have more conversions.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest struggles was hiring enough quality help. We have been growing at a sustainable pace. However, as we grow, our aim is to allow each team member to primarily focus on what they enjoy most and where they have the most proven skill and display of excellence.
