Hi Daniela, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My biggest dream was to visit Disney, but my parents couldn’t afford to pay for such an expensive trip from Brazil. Then, when I got married and had two children, my husband was afraid of flying, making it difficult to achieve this dream. After much insistence, my husband decided to make my dream come true, and I went with my two young children and my mother, who had never left the country. This happened in 2012; since then, I have visited the destination thrice. I’m not specialized in the topic, but I study every new thing and curiosity in the Land of Magic. The travel blog was created in 2015, after the loss of my mother (who only knew Orlando outside of Brazil) and who always encouraged me to write about my travel experiences and help those who don’t have money or don’t have time to spend. Organize yourself and make your dreams come true. Since 2015, I’ve been back to the USA four times, and I like to show all the accommodation options, tours (including free ones), parks, and food in the country. Furthermore, I have traveled worldwide, bringing my readers the best from every corner.
It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road to get here could have been smoother. Financial difficulties always make work difficult, but my love for what I do overcomes any obstacle; monetizing and valuing work is also very difficult in my country, meaning I always have to invest more and more.
Let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My company is comprised of just one person, which is me for now. I’m proud to be known in places I haven’t even set foot in yet and to only work with experiences I’ve had. My blog posts are written and edited only by me, and the photos are copyrighted, meaning the best thing about the work here is authenticity. I offer free tips and am affiliated with several professional and safe companies in the tourism sector, which facilitate and help readers organize their trips practically and safely.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Show experiences exactly as they are, organically and without misleading advertising. Furthermore, simplicity in language, which I think is a significant factor in communicating with my readers
