Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey Sirmans.
Hi Lindsey, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Lindsey, the creator of all the fun sensory play from Wonderland. I’m a SAHM, thanks to my husband, to our three amazing littles.
Our love for sensory play started during the 2020 lockdown. Like everyone else, we were at a loss as to what to do and how to continue to teach our little ones. That’s when went down the rabbit hole and found the White Rabbit 🐇 who led us into a Wonderland filled with sensory play!
Fast forward a few years, and our oldest daughter was diagnosed with a Sensory Processing Disorder called Hypersensitivity. We now suspect our son will be diagnosed with ADD soon. Sensory play has helped them both and made learning fun! Now I use it to help our youngest to learn her letters are not numbers 😆
I am extremely passionate about everything sensory and learning. My hope is to share our love of sensory play with you and your family!
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We don’t always take the easy road in our house. I’ve paused my shop on a few occasions. First was to move from TX to FL. Then, again, last year when my daughter, Audrey, was taking over 90 minutes to get dressed for preschool. Now we are down to a 45-minute dress time! My most recent break in the shop was due to my son being diagnosed with ADHD. We have since navigated these winding roads are back! Stronger than ever!

The thing I love most about my business is getting to see the excitement on other people’s faces when they learn about the benefits of sensory play. There is something for everyone! From the smallest little to adults.
I truly enjoy educating and sharing our passion. We have come so far since discovering sensory play; I have no clue where we’d be without it!
