I’m Ameena Lawrence, also known online as SoulFullAmeena.
Absolutely! My journey began in the vibrant state of Florida, as a native, where I developed a love for exploring its natural beauty and connecting with the community around me. As I ventured into adulthood, looking for something more fulfilling, I felt a calling to pursue a path centered around wellness and service to others.
Seven years ago, I embarked on a spiritual journey that profoundly influenced my outlook on life. This exploration led me to discover yoga and mindfulness practices, which quickly became integral aspects of my daily life. Inspired by the transformative power of these practices, I decided to formalize my training and became a certified 200-hour yoga instructor in 2021.
Eager to share the benefits of yoga and holistic wellness with others, I began organizing monthly yoga sessions, hikes, and sound baths for my community. These gatherings not only fostered physical and mental well-being but also provided opportunities for individuals to connect with nature and each other.
Driven by a desire to support individuals during pivotal life transitions, I pursued training as a birth and holistic postpartum doula in 2022. This decision stemmed from my passion for nurturing and empowering individuals during one of the most transformative experiences of their lives. Additionally, I became a lactation counselor, further expanding my ability to support mothers and families on their journey to parenthood.
Alongside my professional pursuits, I’ve embraced my natural intuitive abilities and embarked on a journey of self-discovery and growth under the guidance of an esteemed mentor Metaphysical Marcus . This ongoing exploration has deepened my connection to spirituality and enhanced my ability to support others on their own paths.
Today, I stand at the intersection of my passions for holistic wellness, community engagement, and personal growth. I am grateful for the experiences that have shaped me and excited about the opportunity to continue making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Every month, I organize yoga sessions, hikes, and sound baths, creating spaces for people to connect with themselves and nature. I am passionate about holistic wellness and community empowerment. As a certified yoga instructor, birth doula, and lactation counselor, I’m dedicated to supporting individuals through transformative life experiences, holding space. What sets me apart is my holistic approach, combining my spiritual intuition with practical knowledge to nurture both body and soul. What I love most is witnessing the positive impact I can make in people’s lives, helping them find balance, strength, and connection.

My experience with Marcus and Metaphysical Marc has been truly transformative, particularly in the realm of energy healing. Marcus’s expertise in energy healing techniques has played a pivotal role in guiding me along my spiritual journey and enhancing my overall well-being.
I first encountered Marcus and Metaphysical Marc through what I consider divine timing several years ago. Specifically regarding energy healing, I had prior knowledge of Reiki and its workings with the chakra systems. Intrigued by the potential for healing and personal growth,I connected with Marcus.

Marc then introduced ALF, Angel Light Frequency, which delved deeper into the chakra system, with Marcus’s energetic presence felt from various planes, enhancing the healing experience.
