Hi Florencia, I’m so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, how can you bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Hello everyone! As you can see, Disney and Universal parks are my passion! But it wasn’t until 2023 that they became part of my life. I am a former flight attendant living in Argentina and after the pandemic I felt that it was time for a change. We moved from Buenos Aires to Bariloche and flying was no longer an option so that was when Ticket Magico was born. In my attempt to help other people find their way to their dream Disney/Universal vacation, I started a page where I posted useful information about the parks and all the tips I had. I wanted to help people have their best vacation ever and I have done it since then. I have visited the parks by myself, with my partner and with my kids and trust me, you need some orientation. And you know what? There is no extra fee for my services so it is a win-win. Ticket Magico is growing as much as my love for planning beautiful vacations. Honestly, I am filled with joy and passion for what I do and I think you can feel it as soon as you see my Instagram page. Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
I believe the best feeling is when you overcome whatever is pushing you backwards. It hasn’t been a smooth road and that is why it is sooo rewarding. Being a full-time mum and a full-time travel agent is a challenge, but I love every minute of it. The journey has been filled with ups and downs, but it’s these challenges that have made me stronger and more determined.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a travel agent who specializes in Disney and Universal . I make your holiday organization a whole lot easier. When I first visited Disney I made so many mistakes that I decided that none of my friends would make the same mistakes I did. What sets me apart is my dedication to my travelers. I am here for them anytime they need me. They can call me, text me or email me with any questions or problems they have on destination and they know that I will be there for them. This level of personal service is what I believe my travelers appreciate the most.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
My most important lesson is always to be humble, hard-working, and passionate about your work. The rest will fall into place.
