Today we’d like to introduce you to Sam Stanley.
Hi Sam, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
With both my grandfather and father in the paving industry, I’m proud to carry on the family tradition. My wife and I started our business in central Florida after my dad retired. We began by offering asphalt maintenance services, including patching and sealcoating, but we’ve since expanded into a full-service paving company serving all of central Florida. Our growth is a direct result of the demand for high-quality paving services. We are proud to be local and family owned and operated!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We have paved our own smooth road (pun intended) and have found that Kissimmee, being the vacation home capital of the world, presents a unique challenge in terms of traditional advertising. However, we have found that personal recommendations and a strong social media presence have been instrumental in building our customer base. Our clients appreciate the fact that we are local and easily accessible, fostering a sense of trust and reliance.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a full service asphalt paving company. From residential driveways to commercial parking lots and everything in between. I pride myself on being on the job every step of the way, from the initial estimate to the completion of the project, I am on the job site. I don’t have estimators so when I come out and look at the job I know first hand how I’m going to bring this to completion. I’ve been doing this since I was 15, it is all I know, it’s my passion, my hobby and my livelihood all in one. I’m always researching the newest trends and techniques to stay ahead of the industry.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
You can’t beat the beautiful weather we have here, that’s what initially drew me to central Florida. The only downfall to Kissimmee……… traffic.
