Hi Madiona, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve always felt like entrepreneurship was in my blood. Long story short, my journey began with my uncles, who migrated to the USA and took a leap of faith by diving into the real estate business. Their success and determination made a big impact on my family, especially on my siblings. Watching them inspired my older brother to start his own real estate brokerage, and that’s when the spark truly ignited for me.
As the youngest in the family, I saw the entire path unfold before me—one by one, my siblings pursued their real estate licenses, and I knew that I wanted to follow in their footsteps. So, about a year ago, I made the decision to jump into the real estate world myself. That’s what led me to where I am today—following the legacy, embracing the hustle, and continuing to grow in this field. It’s been an exciting ride, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I would say it’s been a relatively smooth road, especially when I consider the challenges others face in this field. If I were to sit here and complain, it wouldn’t be fair to those who are truly struggling. I’m incredibly grateful that God has given me the motivation and drive to push through the tougher times in my career. That perseverance has helped me stay focused, even when things got challenging. I’d be ungrateful if I said it hasn’t been smooth because every step, whether easy or tough, has taught me valuable lessons that keep me moving forward.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a 20-year-old real estate agent with Centric Realty Services in Orlando, Florida, and my passion is helping people achieve their homeownership dreams. I specialize in guiding clients through one of the most important milestones in their lives—buying a home. Alongside that, I’m also known for creating engaging content for small brokerages, helping them elevate their brand and reach.
What I’m most proud of is my career itself. Every time I help someone achieve their homeownership goals, it reignites my passion and drives me to keep going, reaching out to even more people. Seeing the joy and relief on my clients’ faces is what fuels me.
What sets me apart is the genuine belief that I was made for this. Real estate isn’t just a job to me—it’s a calling. I give my all to every client, putting my heart into helping them secure a place they can call home. My dedication and commitment to making the home-buying process as smooth and rewarding as possible is what truly makes me stand out in this field.
How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happiest is seeing the positive impact I can have on others’ lives. Whether it’s helping someone achieve their dream of homeownership, mentoring new realtors, or just making someone’s day a little easier, knowing I’ve contributed to their happiness brings me a sense of fulfillment. I also find peace and joy spending time with my family, especially my niece Gracie and my nephews. They remind me of what truly matters and keep me grounded. Ultimately, making meaningful connections with people and knowing that I’m helping others reach their goals is what fuels my happiness.
