Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Sage
Hi Andrea, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
In March 2021, I became a mother for the first time, and with that monumental change came a period of reflection and growth. While on maternity leave, I found myself navigating postpartum blues, and I sought a creative outlet to balance the chaos of new motherhood. That’s when I started Cheatdayorl – a blog that combined my love for exploring Orlando with my passion for staying disciplined in my workouts and good eating habits, but with a little allowance for those indulgent “cheat days.”
The name, a nod to my athletic background, became the perfect expression of balance – a reminder that it’s okay to treat yourself while staying grounded in healthy choices. Once I returned to my full-time role at Corkcicle, I continued growing Cheatdayorl, diving deeper into the local Orlando community, and sharing my adventures, discoveries, and tips with fellow Orlandoans and beyond.
Three years later, with another child in tow and my love for creativity still burning bright, I expanded my vision. This fall, I launched Chic Celebrations, a passion project that allows me to continue exploring my creative side through curating chic, memorable events for friends, family, and the Orlando community. While still working my 9-5, I find fulfillment in blending style and creativity into every celebration, making special occasions even more meaningful.
Whether it’s discovering the hidden gems of Orlando or adding a touch of elegance to your next celebration, I’m here to share my passions and insights, hoping to inspire others to celebrate life’s beautiful moments.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Life can get a little chaotic at times—especially when you’re balancing multiple roles and passions. I’m a mom of two little ones, wife, and the Director of Sales at Corkcicle, but beyond that, I also wear the hats of Orlando blogger and event curator. It’s a lot, but it’s also incredibly fulfilling!
It’s a balancing act, but it’s one I embrace wholeheartedly. I’m constantly striving to maintain a healthy lifestyle—finding time for workouts, self-care, and nurturing my relationships with my family. It’s all about finding harmony in the chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Through Cheatdayorl, Chic Celebrations, and my role at Corkcicle, I’m learning every day how to stay creative, stay present, and keep pursuing my passions while still making time for the things that truly matter: family, health, and joy.

Cheatdayorl is an Orlando-based blog dedicated to showcasing the most diverse and creative food spots around the city. From unique date night ideas to kid-friendly spots and, of course, my go-to coffee shops (because we all need our caffeine fix), Cheatdayorl provides a local’s guide to the best experiences Orlando has to offer.
In my professional career, I serve as the Director of Sales at Corkcicle, where I’m passionate about raising awareness for our elevated, eco-friendly drinkware brand. At Corkcicle, we are committed to reducing plastic waste and supporting the environment, all while offering beautifully designed products that make every sip a little more special.
Finally, with Chic Celebrations, I bring a touch of flair to your events and gatherings. My mobile drink cart offers a variety of refreshing options, including creative mocktails and slushy drinks, adding a fun and chic element to your next party or celebration.
What makes you happy?
At the heart of everything I do is my family. Supporting them and giving them the best and most exciting life is what drives me. Whether it’s through sharing new experiences, creating joy-filled celebrations, or leading by example in my work, my goal is always to build a life full of love, adventure, and memories for my family.
