Rising Stars: Meet Eric Campbell of Orlando, FL

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eric Campbell

Hi Eric, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began my journey in real estate with a passion for helping people find their perfect homes, especially in the vibrant Central Florida market. I’m part of LPT Realty, where I focus on providing a professional and client-centered experience. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with trusted vendors, such as lending expert Greg Matthews with Matek Mortgage and title rep Krista DeStefano with Magnolia Closing Co., to ensure my clients receive comprehensive support throughout the buying or selling process.

A milestone in my career was being recognized as one of the 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate for the Class of 2024, which affirmed my commitment to excellence. Beyond sales, I actively collaborate with my peers, host events like happy hours for my fellow LPT agents, and share knowledge on topics such as homestead portability to empower clients and colleagues alike.

Through dedication, a strong network, and a drive to grow, I’ve been able to assist first-time homebuyers, retirees, and everyone in between, making their real estate journeys seamless and rewarding.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but the challenges have shaped me into the professional I am today. Real estate is a dynamic industry, and starting out, I had to build my network from scratch while learning how to juggle the demands of clients, transactions, and constant market shifts.

One of the biggest challenges was navigating the uncertainty of the market during fluctuating interest rates and balancing the unique needs of first-time homebuyers, retirees, and seasoned investors. I’ve also encountered situations where deals fell through unexpectedly or where guiding clients through complex processes—like lending, inspections, or negotiations—required extra patience and persistence.

These struggles pushed me to build a strong network of trusted professionals, ensuring my clients have the best resources and support. I’ve also learned the value of clear communication, staying proactive, and finding creative solutions to overcome obstacles.

The road hasn’t been easy, but every challenge has been an opportunity to grow, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a realtor with LPT Realty, specializing in residential real estate across Central Florida. I help both buyers and sellers navigate the complexities of the market with professionalism and care. For buyers, I focus on finding the perfect property that matches their needs, whether they’re purchasing their first home, upgrading, or investing. For sellers, I leverage strategic marketing and local expertise to ensure their property is presented to the right audience and sells at its highest value.

What sets me apart is my client-first approach. I emphasize clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and building trust throughout the process. I stay on top of market trends and offer personalized guidance to ensure my clients are confident in every decision.

Ultimately, my goal is to make the real estate process seamless and rewarding for all parties. Whether it’s preparing a home for sale or finding that dream home, I take pride in being a resource and advocate every step of the way.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
During the Covid-19 crisis, I was transitioning within my banking career, which was my field before moving into real estate. The experience taught me invaluable lessons about adaptability and resilience. The uncertainty of the pandemic highlighted how quickly circumstances can change, whether in the financial world or in personal life.

One key takeaway was the importance of clear communication and empathy. Many clients were facing unprecedented financial challenges, and being able to listen, understand their concerns, and provide guidance was crucial. I realized that fostering trust and offering support during uncertain times not only strengthens relationships but also reinforces the value of personalized service.

The pandemic also emphasized the importance of embracing technology. From virtual meetings to digital workflows, I learned how essential it is to adapt to new tools and methods to maintain efficiency and connection. These skills have proven invaluable in my real estate career, where technology plays a vital role in serving clients effectively.

Ultimately, the crisis was a reminder to stay flexible, compassionate, and solution-focused—lessons that have carried over into how I approach my work in real estate today.
