Hi Enji, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I moved to the United States about 9 years ago; as I was growing up, being able to help people in my community has always been a dream that I dearly cherished. In 2021, I was presented with the opportunity to accomplish that dream by helping people through real estate, that was the best thing that could have happened to me. Not only was I able to make my dream a reality, but I was also able to make the American dream of the people of my community a reality by helping them acquire their dream homes. It has not been an easy journey, but with a lot of dedication and being surrounded by the right people has been of tremendous help. Of course, there is a lot to accomplish! To me, the journey has just begun.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all, as I always tell people that I talk to, that the beginning is never easy. But, as long as you know and you believe in your dreams, success will be waiting right around the corner. The year that I started (2021), to me was the worst time to start in real estate. The market was very unstable due to the low housing inventory issue, there was a bidding war on every desirable house that was available at the time. This particular situation made it very challenging for me.

I am a real estate professional in the state of Florida, I am based in Orlando. I specialize in residential transactions, whether it’s to sell or to purchase a property. I am known for my dedication to getting results, my positivity, and my patience with others; those characteristics are also what set me apart from others. Being able to see a smile on the faces of my clients at the end of each transaction is what I am most proud of.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Patience! Patience is a quality that is very important to my success, and to me it is essential. Being patient is taking the time to listen to my clients to understand their needs, being patient with my team and other professionals that I deal with, and also understanding that if I keep working, I will get the result that I am looking for.
