Meet Anya Rise of Orlando

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anya Rise

Hi Anya, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve been a writer and artist my entire life, using writing as a portal to connect with my inner voice—a way to channel messages both for myself and for others. For most of my life, I was immersed in creation, but a deeply deceptive breakup a couple of years ago became a pivotal turning point. It pushed me to share my art with the world and anyone else who suffered at the hands of betrayal. That journey unfolded with the release of my first visual poetry album, which I wrote, directed, and edited entirely on my own. This milestone led to the launch of my film and production company, where I continue to explore my artistry while writing my debut book “A Survivors Obituary,” set to be published in 2025.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There were beautiful moments along the journey—times of smooth sailing and free-flowing ease—but with anything in life, there comes duality. I faced many dark moments, confronting my fears, shadows, and ego. I had to push myself into the light after spending much of my life hiding in the dark. The opportunity to be seen meant allowing others to perceive me in whatever light they chose, and learning to be comfortable with that stretched me far beyond my comfort zone. Along the way, I experienced the loss of many relationships through my evolution, and, even more profoundly, the loss of countless versions of myself.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a writer, poet, filmmaker, director, and muse—but above all, I’m an artist dedicated to portraying the reality and extremities of the human experience. My work is rooted in a deep desire to reconnect people with their essence, evoking genuine emotion and authenticity at every turn.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
They can visit my website, www.anyarise.online, and subscribe for updates on everything that’s to come. My long-term goal is to build a thriving community that supports a movement of visionaries, revolutionaries, and artists—people whose work reshapes how we operate as a society.
