Hi Justin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve spent years in the real estate world as a REALTOR and most recently as a mortgage loan originator. However, I felt drawn to the creative side of real estate—capturing homes through photography and videography. That passion inspired me to launch Real Estate Media 9, or as I like to call it, REMIX.
Based in Central Florida, I offer professional real estate photography, videography, aerial drone services, floor plans, 360 walkthroughs, and more! My background in real estate sales, property management, and vacation rental management gives me a unique perspective when showcasing a property’s best features and helping REALTORS stand out in a competitive market.
Building relationships has been essential to my journey. I’ve partnered with amazing REALTORS and have had the privilege of capturing some stunning properties throughout Orlando, including communities like Reunion Resort, Windermere, Margaritaville Resort, and Sunbridge.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No business starts without its challenges. I’ve faced my fair share while building from the ground up, just like anyone else. The real key to success is how you handle those obstacles and prepare for the next ones that come your way.

Lately, I’ve been specializing in long-form videos for YouTube featuring REALTORS giving a behind-the-scenes look at real estate. I take pride in meticulously putting a story together and making sure nothing is missed. I’d say my keen eye for detail sets me apart from others.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Resilience. Building a business comes with challenges, but staying focused, adapting, and learning from every experience will keep me growing so that I may continuously improve my craft.
