Today we’d like to introduce you to Narmandakh Tsolmon.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am a certified immigration consultant and the CEO and co-founder of eVendow Consulting LLC, headquartered in Orlando, with branches in Denver and clients worldwide. We’re known as immigration experts in the industry, and this reputation is built on proven experience and a deep understanding of U.S. immigration pathways. My journey to this role is one of resilience, learning, and a deep desire to serve my community.
I immigrated to the United States over nine years ago with my husband and older daughter. At the time, our English was limited, and the transition was challenging. My older daughter was only four, arriving here with no knowledge of the language, and my husband and I worked hard to navigate this new world while pursuing the American Dream. Like many immigrants, our initial focus was survival—finding work, learning the market, and building a future. For the first six months, we worked in service jobs, but our ambition pushed us after 6 months of arrival to explore entrepreneurship.
We immersed ourselves in understanding the U.S. market, particularly in real estate investment and construction remodeling. This industry taught us not only about the American business landscape but also the cultural differences between Eastern and Western traditions—lessons that were invaluable in customer service, partnerships, and overall business management.
After several years, I had an opportunity to assist a client from Mongolia who was looking for a business opportunity in the U.S. Through this experience, my husband and I realized the critical importance of immigration solutions in achieving long-term success in America. We had learned the hard way that without the right immigration strategy, achieving one’s goals becomes significantly harder. This realization ignited my passion for helping others navigate the complex U.S. immigration system.
I began working as a business developer for a reputable law firm with over 27 years of experience and multiple branches. This role allowed me to provide vital information to my community about immigration pathways like EB2-NIW (National Interest Waiver) green cards, which are often overlooked but offer incredible opportunities for highly qualified individuals. Unfortunately, I faced challenges in this role, including cultural and communication gaps between the firm and the clients. After leaving the firm in 2022, my husband and I decided to start our own consulting firm—one that prioritizes honesty, clarity, and cultural understanding in serving clients.
With eVendow Consulting, we’ve built a full-service as today we, immigration consulting firm that helps clients from all over the world. We specialize in solutions that bypass traditional hurdles, like job offers or labor certifications, through options such as EB2-NIW and EB1 petitions, as well as other visa categories like O1 and F1. Our goal is to make the American Dream a reality for our clients, offering not just expertise but also compassion and understanding.
Announced to the public our firm in early 2022 was a leap of faith, but it’s been an incredible journey. Today, we proudly serve a diverse clientele, helping individuals and families from various backgrounds achieve success in the United States.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been a challenging yet rewarding journey. I would describe it as an interesting and difficult roadmap, but one that my team and I navigated with dedication and resilience, achieving significant success in a relatively short period of time.
I want to take a moment to acknowledge my mentor, Immigration Attorney Dionnie Wynter Pfunde. She has been instrumental in my journey. Today, eVendow Consulting is proud to be one of the official Immigration Annex offices in Orlando, a designation that reflects the credibility and trust we’ve built in this field. Dionnie is also the co-founder of Wynter Immigration Law Academy, where she has certified many industry professionals, including myself. Her guidance has been invaluable in shaping my career and helping me grow as a professional.
On the other hand, the journey has not been easy. Building this business required overcoming cultural, linguistic, and systemic barriers, as well as navigating the complexities of the U.S. immigration system—not just for myself but for my clients. However, what made it all possible was the combination of teamwork, business collaboration, and continuous education. These elements have been the real game-changers, allowing us to turn challenges into opportunities and create meaningful outcomes for our clients.
We’ve been impressed with EVENDOW CONSULTING LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

How do you define success?
I define success as making a meaningful impact on the lives of others while achieving personal and professional fulfillment. For me, it’s not just about reaching financial or business milestones—it’s about helping my clients achieve their dreams and seeing their lives improve because of the work my team and I do.
Success also means staying true to my values, such as honesty, integrity, and compassion, even in the face of challenges. It’s about building a business that not only grows but also uplifts communities and inspires others to pursue their own goals.
On a personal level, success is balancing my career with being a dedicated wife and mother, creating a life that sets an example for my daughters about perseverance, kindness, and the power of education.
Ultimately, success for me is the joy of seeing the results of hard work and knowing that I’ve contributed to something bigger—whether it’s a client achieving their American Dream or building a trusted brand that represents hope and opportunity.
