Life & Work with Luz Adames of Winter Park, Fl

Today we’d like to introduce you to Luz Adames

Hi Luz, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
♥ Warm Greetings to ALL readers♥
My name is Luz Adames. I graduated from Florida SouthWestern State College in Fort Myers, FL, with a degree in Supervision and Management.
I work as a freelance consulting coach and blogger, with a mission to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives for a healthier and happier lifestyle.
As the owner of Just For Today LLC, I provide inspiration and motivation to help others appreciate and find value in the present moment.
I am also a self-publisher and have published five journals. Currently, I am working on a book about how to live life with aliveness.
Additionally, I am a proud mother of two grown children and believe that family is the essence of life.
I started my journey by assisting friends and family in decorating their homes, with an emphasis on decluttering and creating welcoming environments. Their positive experiences led to referrals, and I have since focused on working primarily with clients who come through those recommendations. As my clients value their privacy, they prefer that I refrain from showcasing their homes, which is why I do not maintain a website like many others in the clutter-clearing industry.
I strongly Believe that Beauty is found in the Simplest of things, and Life is Spectacular even when it is not perfect.
Some of my most Cherished things in Life include Butterflies, Birds, Roses, Art, and a Good Cup of Coffee with Hazelnut Creamer.
I find Joy in the Art of Interior Design, the Power of a Good Book, the Adventure of Traveling, and the Awe-Inspiring Beauty of both Sunrise and Sunset.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey has been a mix of smooth and challenging moments.
There have been times when I have felt like giving up, particularly when encountering cold-hearted people who make me question the worth and value of what I am doing.
However, I have learned that everything is a choice.
I choose to view each experience as a valuable lesson.
I have come to realize that we are all students at times and teachers at others.
I am learning to rise above obstacles and grow in the process.
I strive to bloom, even if no one notices or appreciates it.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I inspire and motivate you to appreciate and find value in your present moment.
I empower you to make positive changes for a healthier, happier lifestyle.
Together, we uncover your unique needs and aspirations, transforming your house into the home you’ve always envisioned.
I believe that beauty resides in the simplest things, and life is spectacular, even in its imperfections.
That is why I created “Just For Today” – to encourage living each moment fully, one heartbeat at a time, embracing the aliveness of now, because this moment is all we truly have.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I use Google Calendar to stay organized, and I find it incredibly helpful for managing my time and tasks.
In addition to my digital tools, I have a cherished collection of books that I call my “Coaches.”
These books are essential for my Personal Growth and Self-Reflection, and I have written a blog post celebrating their profound impact on my journey.
Two of the most transformative books in my collection are “The Artist’s Way: Morning Pages” by Julia Cameron, which inspires creativity through focused writing, and “You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay, which provides powerful insights on self-acceptance and healing.
Both of these works have profoundly influenced my perspective and sparked meaningful changes in various areas of my life.
