Today we’d like to introduce you to Seth Wahlton.
Hi Seth, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I learned about the health benefits of peppers and capsaicin in particular back in 2022 when I was pointed out the vast array of health issues that have arise from people completely cutting spice out of their diets. I have never been one to LIKE hot hot stuff, and have stayed away from spicy in general, so I grew my own peppers, and other ingredients like onions, garlic, leeks, ect and starting blending and making my own sauces that were flavor forward but incorporated heat in the best way. I started creating more than I could keep myself so I started selling one bottle at a time to my friends and coworkers, and soon enough, I am selling Hundreds of bottles per week, and have had to scale up production and turn this into a full blown company! We work 20-30 markets per week, all over central florida, and sell online as well. The time I have spend on the business has taken from the time I should have spent more on social media and that presence. I would like to share my delicious product with more people outside of the events, and know people will like it. Aside from the HOTTER stuff i create, i also make extremely mild and sweet sauces that little kids can dip their dino nuggets in or can be used as salad dressing. Very accessible, but still delivers the healthy benefits of the peppers.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Time is the biggest factor i need more of, and doing this all alone if very difficult. I am going to need help, and good help. It is starting to get bigger than I can handle alone.

My unique flavor combinations, and strong approach to a new type of food additive. Delivery via a medicine dropper is something that scares some people, but it isnt because it is TOO hot, it is because you dont need alot of it to do the job you want.
