Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Difinizio
Hi Nicole, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and my journey has been one of passion, creativity, and growth. At 32 years old, I’m fortunate to share my life with my husband, who I have been with for 13 years. We moved to Florida from New York four years ago. Since then, I’ve been proud to call the Orlando area my home, embracing the community and new opportunities. Prior to moving to Florida, we lived in Staten Island NY, as well as Rahway New Jersey.
Creativity has always been a cornerstone of who I am. I grew up from a young age classically trained in music, studying piano and singing, which helped shape my artistic outlook on life. Cooking has also been a big part of my creative expression, as I love exploring flavors and sharing meals that bring people together.
In addition to these passions, I’ve channeled my creativity into modeling and representing brands that truly resonate with me. It’s fulfilling to combine artistry with connection, whether it’s through music, food, or creative collaborations. My journey has been a mix of embracing my passions and finding ways to share them with others.”
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but the challenges have helped me grow into the person I am today. One of the biggest adjustments was relocating from New York to Florida. While it was exciting to start a new chapter with my spouse, leaving behind the familiarity of my hometown, friends, and family wasn’t easy. It took time to adjust and find a sense of belonging in a new environment.
Another challenge was navigating my creative passions and finding ways to turn them into meaningful opportunities. Whether it was pursuing music, getting involved in content creation, or embracing other creative outlets like cooking there were moments of self doubt and uncertainty about how to share my talents in a way that truly resonated with others.
Through it all, I’ve learned to embrace change, stay resilient, and trust in the process. Every step of the journey, smooth or rocky, has helped shape my outlook and strengthen my commitment to living a life driven by passion and creativity.

I’m a UGC content creator and influencer dedicated to helping brands grow through engaging advertising, whether it’s through videos, photos, or experiences. My work focuses on showcasing businesses in a way that resonates with their audience and drives their success. I have a particular passion for collaborating with small businesses, whether it’s a cozy restaurant, a unique clothing boutique, or other local gems. It’s incredibly rewarding to help these businesses shine and connect with their communities.
What sets me apart is my commitment to authenticity. I’m intentional about partnering only with brands I truly believe in and that align with my values. Staying true to myself and my audience is so important because I know that genuine connections build trust and make a real impact.
What I’m most proud of is the ability to use my creativity to help others succeed. Whether it’s crafting a compelling campaign or creating content that tells a brand’s story, I love knowing that my work helps businesses grow and thrive.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
There are so many things I love about our city! One of the best parts is the incredible sense of community. i’ve met so many wonderful people here who have become great friends. I also love how diverse the area is, with people coming from all over the country and even the world to live and visit.
Another thing I love is the endless opportunities to explore. From discovering amazing restaurants to exploring nature, beaches and small towns there is always something to do or see here. I also love going to all the theme parks, so there is always new events and experiences to get involved in.
There is not much I dislike here!
