Artist bosslifejb696 a independent artist from Florida native Bahamian, Jamaican Irish rapper is from Broward county Florida he was born and raised in the Bahamas but grew the rest of his teen years in Fort Lauderdale Florida since 2017 the artist had a love and a strong passion for music and he wanted to make a change in his life aka Bosslifejb whos original name, is ,Jonah Winston bain . He Started recording later on the app, called Rapchat which is a in home studio built on your phone.
their he sharpened his skills and improved his free styling skills. He got so comfortable on Recording on his phone. He Also started posting videos on Instagram, one minute videos on freestyling. fast forwarding 2020 through 2021 is when he made his way to Recording in a official studio. and there is where he made his stardom on becoming a successful artist. Jb never had help on the start of the beginning of his career . He was always a independent artist which his mother played a big part in his life on always encouraging him to keep going. Along the road Jb himself Met some key friends that would helped him on his career as well, which made him a great artist in the industry today. Jb also had a bad mental break down. because of a past relationship which gave him a mental breakdown to taking off a year gap break almost 2 years from making music , 2022 to 2023, fast forwarding to today. the ARTISTS is now back and better on the come up looking for more.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been a long ride on my journey in the music industry on bouncing back from a big lost let down on a bad two years but now my career is now turning around for a change and I’m now starting to see results
