The initial weeks were tough. Despite having a list of over 1,400 interested leads, turning interest into actual bookings required a more aggressive marketing push. Walk-in traffic was lower than expected, and employee costs outweighed revenue. Eric had to pivot quickly, ramping up digital marketing, launching targeted promotions, and personally hitting the streets to build awareness.
